A plane crash...

It started off as a simple plane ride to my grandmothers... ALL OF A SUDDEN I'M IN THE WATER!! That's how bioshock starts (except for the grandmother bit). So far I'm really liking the game and hope to finish it. Its a bit retro a bit familiar. It's fun. Here's funny scenario I thought of in my head.

The Beta is upon me!

Yep. Someone got into his first closed beta. I'm just waiting now for the servers to go up. The comics that will follow will be about the beta but this is just a planning ahead for me type of thing. I do plan to quit wow when FFXIV comes out. HAZAAAAA THE BETA!!! So excited for it.

How to kill a Roo.

Technically it's not about killing a Kangaroo really. It's more about a game I used to love so much that I would wake up in the morning and start playing. Not anymore though. It feels more of an obligation sometimes to log in to the world of the warcraft. Luckily for me I'm a lucky fellow. I have good friends who are playing. I have though threatened to quit because WoW has become a loose hussie. Everyone's had a ride and now noone wants to be in her. Sorry. Hope you enjoy this comic though. It was one of many that came to mind but this one luckily came out okay even if you kinda cant tell that our protaganists are riding on a dragon and a hippogryph.

The odds of me writting something great... and funny.

Watching the genius of Garth Marenghi's Darkplace series I've always wondered how hard it would be to produce something so awesome as that. I wonder what sort of inspiration and dichotomy to other comedies it needs to birth something so special. I'm glad it's out there though because I couldn't get enough. The six episodes of Garth Marenghi's just leaves me wanting more or just sitting down and start writting ridiculous plots and characters.

I'm afraid it probably won't be funny though...

Hey, Take a break.

Yo what up? Hows it been? How were the holidays for you? Did you get anything good? Did you manage to get something you didnt want only to find out that you couldn't return it cause you're either too young or too lazy to do so? Or maybe that 'friend' of yours lost the receipt. I hope that youve played with your new toys and have given up on your new years resolution because who cares right? The food tastes good and if it didn't want you to eat it, it would taste el terible.

I'm glad you're here though because I have a lot to update.

I got a PS3! Well its really for my son Justin but Ive been playing it like a madman and already fuckin up the rotation on games that I should finish but won't because I get new ones. Im pretty bad at that but I love video games and my love clouds all common sense so whatevs. So far Ive playing some Metal Gear Solid 4 and Assassin's Creed 2. Thumbs up so far and can't wait for other titles like God of War 3 and Heavy Rain. So much swooning over this and our 40inch HDTV. Which was the only thing that was holding me back.

On to other things the baby is almost here! /fear. I am both scared and of course happy that this boy is going to for one stop kicking my wife and for two make me love life when I hear his laughter.It's also made me think how brave my wife has been through all this but we are closing the factory after Tyler which makes me a kind of a sad panda but we've been having fun going to lamaz which is new for the both of us. We're only a couple of weeks away from the big event and both me and my wife can't wait. It's going to be quite the adventure.

A couple of other things I want to get out there is that back injuries suck. I wanted to add a web comic to the blog but I wont be able to til I get enough money for a template and Photoshizop. I will be adding a podcast to the site as soon as I know how to do that. Its a podcast about games that me and my friend Mike do. Morning news people are stupid. Getting over the fact that I don't raid with noobs anymore. DDO is great.
